The completion of a Task is taken into consideration in the Project completion percentage i.e., completed tasks/total tasks x 100. It doesn’t take into account the number of subtasks within the tasks.

If a specific task or subtask can be started only after the previous task is finished, will you be able to add a dependency between the two tasks.
To be able to remove a member from a project, please navigate to the project, and under members click on the particular agent and you will have an option to remove that member.
The date of creation of the tasks influences whether it precedes or succeeds that task. Overlapping of the dates could be a reason for the same.
When associating a ticket to a project only the initial Subject and Description would be created in the project and other conversations would not be carried over.
This is currently not possible and you will have to create them separately.
