FSBT focuses on business operations and does not include IT-specific capabilities such as IT asset management, infrastructure monitoring, or technical change management.


Pricing and Plans

The FSBT Pro plan includes the same core capabilities as the Business Agent Add-on and follows a similar pricing model:

  • $49 per user/month (billed annually)

  • $59 per user/month (billed monthly)

Freddy Copilot is available as an optional add-on.

Choose the Right Setup for Your Organization

Depending on whether your IT team already uses Freshservice, you can choose one of the following setup options for Freshservice for Business Teams (FSBT):

Option 1: Your Team Is New to Freshservice (No IT on Freshservice)

  • Recommended Plan: FSBT Pro (Standalone) 
  • Best For: Business teams adopting Freshservice independently.
  • What You Get: Full control over your account settings, configurations, and workspaces.
  • Requirement: None — IT does not need to be on Freshservice.

Option 2: Your IT Team Already Uses Freshservice

  • Recommended Plan: Business Agent Add-on (available on Freshservice Pro and Enterprise plans)
  • Best For: Business teams that want to join an existing Freshservice account.
  • What You Get: A dedicated workspace to operate independently, while IT manages overall account settings and governance.
  • Requirement: The IT team must have active Freshservice licenses.
