Freshservice for MSP The discovery engine aims to provide broad compatibility for SNMP-based asset identification. While many vendors are verified, the system is designed to perform "generic" discovery on unlisted hardware, typically retrieving basic inventory data even if specific MIB (Management Information Base) definitions for that model have not yet been integrated.
