An agent who is part of multiple workspaces will see the workspace filter while creating a widget.
If you wish to create an aggregated report on data from all workspaces, then you need to choose ‘All Workspaces’ in the dropdown. The ‘All Workspaces’ option in the Workspace filters lets you create reports with aggregate data from all the list of workspaces the agent is part of
A specific workplace option, when chosen from the Workspace filters, lets you create reports on data specific to that workspace, i.e. workspace-specific attributes are available in filters, group-bys and underlying data. For example, when the IT workspace is selected:
All metrics will be specific to IT
Group-by options are IT-specific
Underlying Data is IT specific
