This occurs when an agent lacks adequate accesses to specific modules.
- When an agent attempts to access ticket reports but lacks the permission to view ticket data, the widget displays "No access".
- When an agent attempting to view a widget grouped by or filtered by agent or group name, in case the agent lacks the required access to the agent or group (which is a global module), the widget displays "No access".
Please ensure agents have proper accesses to view the report data. Access permissions for agent/group/department reports are typically configured within admin roles as shown below.
