TABLE OF CONTENTS
To access your assigned journey requests in the agent portal, go to Journeys > Journey Requests from the left panel. Use the Filter panel on the right to narrow down requests based on status, journey type, requester, requested for, and more.
You can view key details of journey requests at both summary and detailed levels.
Journey Request List View
On the main screen, you can see information such as the journey request title, status, requester, journey request owner, start date, journey type, requested for, and end date. You can use the filters on the right-hand side to narrow down your search.
View Options
Click the More options icon (hamburger) to view journey requests based on your requirement.
My In-progress Journey Requests – Displays all journey requests where you are assigned as the Journey Owner and the request is still in progress.
In-progress Journey Requests – Displays all in-progress journey requests within your workspace and agent group.
All Journey Requests – Displays every journey request assigned to your workspace and agent group, regardless of status or ownership.
My Completed Journey Requests – Displays all journey requests where you were the Journey Owner and the request has been completed.
Completed Journey Requests – Displays all completed journey requests in your workspace and agent group, regardless of ownership.
Bulk Actions
In the Journey Request list view, you can perform bulk actions on multiple requests simultaneously. To do this, use the checkboxes to select specific journey requests—or select all—based on your requirement.
Available Bulk Actions
Cancel Journey Requests – Use this option to cancel one or more journey requests.
Note: You can only cancel requests that are in the Initiated or In Progress status.
Common reasons to cancel a journey request include duplicate submissions, employee dropouts, or incorrect configurations.Delete Journey Requests – Permanently removes the selected journey requests from the list view. This action is typically used for cleanup purposes or test data removal.
Change Assignee – Use this option to reassign the selected journey requests to a different agent or agent group.
Journey Request Details View
In the Journey Request Details view, you can view:
Journey request title, status, requester details, and timestamp of the request.
An Edit button to update the journey request details.
Options to Move, Cancel, or Delete the journey request.
A Show more section that displays additional details such as workspace, journey type, requester email, requested for, and journey owner information.
A Filter to identify activities based on activity type, assignee, activity status, activity state, and its due date.
The Journey request detailed view also includes three main tabs: Progress, Details and Logs.
Progress: Displays the journey phases as swimlanes, the status of each phase, a list view of all activities, filters to sort or search activities, and more.
Details: Shows the filled initiator form, which you can edit and update if needed. Updating the initiator form after a journey has started, especially after some activities have already been completed, can affect the remaining activities. Logs: These capture the complete lifecycle of the journey request, from initiation to the latest update, along with timestamps. For more information about all the logs captured in a journey request, see Logs Captured in Journey Requests.
