You can create journeys to support use cases across multiple departments based on your specific requirements. To better understand the Journey creation process, let’s take an example from HR—employee onboarding. In this journey, you will define stakeholders, structure the process into phases, and assign activities to each stakeholder, such as the Initiator, New Hire, and Journey Request Manager.
To create a Journey, log into the Agent portal as an Admin and perform the following steps:
In your Freshservice instance, go to Admin > Global Settings.
In the search bar, type Journeys and select it.
On the Journeys screen, click Create Journey.
In the panel that appears on the right, choose how you want to create the journey:
Use a template – Start with a pre-built template that includes phases, activities, and stakeholders. You can customize each component to suit your needs. For more information about how to create a journey using templates, see Create a journey using a template.
