Note: The Application Load Balancer (ALB) IP addresses (IPs) for Freshservice application will be deprecated by November 2025. This deprecation enables domain-based allowlisting of our endpoints instead of the static IP-based allowlisting. See Deprecation of Application Load Balancer IPs for more information.
Freshservice firewall is currently being migrated to a new vendor. This change will require you to allowlist a list of additional IP addresses to scale Freshservice operations and to maintain security and performance.
If you have allowlisted Load Balancer IPs in your VPN/firewall before, you will have to allowlist the below IPs under VPN/Firewall by February 10, 2024:
162.159.140.147
172.66.0.145
These new IPs will be used in addition to the existing IP addresses, and there will be no impact on the previous addresses utilized by the load balancer.
With this, your agents will continue to access the Freshservice portal via VPN seamlessly.
