The Application Load Balancer (ALB) IP addresses (IPs) for Freshservice application will be deprecated by November 2025. This deprecation enables domain-based allowlisting of our endpoints instead of the static IP-based allowlisting.
Note: IP-based allowlisting of Freshservice endpoints will still be supported after November 2025, but the list of IPs will not be published and maintained at Freshservice end. Instead, you can allowlist the ‘freshservice.com’ and ‘myfreshworks.com’ domains, or resolve these domains to IPs at your end and allowlist those IPs.
