The ServiceBot can prefill the ticket form using the Slack conversation to derive context. Click Raise a ticket while engaging with the ServiceBot. Freddy AI will generate a ticket form that is prefilled with context from your conversation. Review the fields and generate the ticket.
Get ticket notifications:
Get notifiied for tickets created or ticket status changes. Reply to tickets from the notification card.
