1. Freshservice account admin can click on Admin -->Account Settings--> Plans & Billing to view the subscription details. If your account has more than one workspace, navigate to Admin > Global Settings >Account Settings > Plans & Billing. Alternatively, if you are viewing the subscriptions list on the “All Subscriptions” page, click on any subscription to view its specific details.

  2. Click on Manage Trial against the trial subscription. This will take you to the subscription edit page, where subscription details can be modified. 

  3.  To try out a different plan, click on Change Plan. Review the features and addons available for all the plans in the Choose a plan page. To change the billing frequency, select the required value from the Billing cycle dropdown, and to modify currency of the subscription, choose the respective currency from the Currency dropdown.
     

  4. Click Switch Trial against the plan of your choice. if a lower plan is selected, a pop-up will show the features and data you’ll lose when you switch to that plan. Select Confirm to proceed with the plan change.

  5. The selected plan is shown on the subscription edit page. Subscription details, such as the number of agent licenses you wish to purchase can be updated here.

  6. In the Add Ons available for trial, select the required addons and specify their license quantities.

  7. Click on Confirm to proceed with the changes. Any changes made to a trial subscription will be applied immediately.

  8. You can view the updated subscription details on the subscription details page once subscription change request is processed.
