Curated Contract Report

Freshservice offers an out-of-the-box contract report for you to stay on top of your contracts and their metrics. To access this report:

Navigate to the Analytics Module.
Filter and view the Curated Reports. Open the Contracts Overview report.

The following widgets are available in the curated report:

Reports Name	Description
Active Contracts	Total number of Active Contracts grouped by type of contract
Contract Expiry Timeline	Total Contracts grouped by month when expiring
Contracts by Status	Total number of Contracts grouped by the status of the Contract
Contracts by Vendor	Total Active Contracts grouped by Vendor
Contracts Expiring in 90 days By Type	Total number of Contracts with Expiry date in the next 90 days
Contracts Expiring in 90 days By Vendor	Total number of Contracts with Expiry date in the next 90 days grouped by Vendor Name
Contracts Pending Approval	Total Contracts Pending Approvals
Contracts Pending Approval by Approver	Total Contracts Pending Approval grouped by the Approver
Total Contract Value	Total cost of all Active Contracts grouped by type of contract
Total Contract Value this year	Total cost of all Active Contracts created this year
