We have completely redesigned the user portal to enhance the experience of submitting tickets and requesting new services for your end users. (Rolled out from 22 September, 2014)




However, this might mean your current customised portal might display some undesirable changes in the branding you had earlier configured. To fix the same, 


  • Go to Admin
  • Click on Helpdesk Rebranding under Helpdesk.
  • Click on Customize Portal
  • Click on Reset

  • In the warning that shows next, click on "Reset ALL changes".


  • If you don't see the new UI, please clear cache once.
  • Configure your service desk portal once again.
  • This is a one time reconfiguration.
