In order to completely remove Freshservice Probe from your computer, go to Add/Remove programs and uninstall the Freshservice Probe.

If this doesn't work, follow the below steps to uninstall the probe.

• Download the FSProbeUninstall attached below.
• Run the vb script by double clicking it. 
• This will uninstall the FreshService Probe completely.
