If you want to make sure that only your employees get to sign in to your help desk, you can restrict the IP addresses that you expect people to sign in from.
To restrict IPs,


  • Login to your Freshservice account as an administrator.
  • Go to Admin > Helpdesk Security.


  • Enter the IP ranges you want to restrict and specify whether you want to restrict it to agents or agents and requesters.


  • Enter as many IP ranges as you want by clicking on Add new.
