What is included with Freddy AI Agent (Classic), and how are sessions calculated?
Freddy AI Agent (Classic) is included with the Freshservice Enterprise plan. Each Enterprise license includes 1,200 AI Agent (Classic) sessions annually, with entitlements prorated based on the customer’s billing cycle. The full session allocation for the applicable billing period is made available upfront at the start of the term.
A session is counted when a unique user interacts with an AI Agent within a 24-hour window.
What happens if customers exceed their included Freddy AI Agent (Classic) session allocation?
If customers exceed their included AI Agent (Classic) session entitlement, overage charges will apply for the additional usage. Freddy AI Agent (Classic) will continue operating to avoid any disruption in service.
