  2. What is the pricing for Freddy AI Agent?
    Freddy AI Agent is included as part of the Enterprise plan at no additional cost. There is no separate pricing for this feature.

  3. How many AI Agent sessions are included in my Enterprise plan, and how are they counted?
    Each Freshservice Enterprise license includes 1,200 sessions per year, which reset at the start of each billing cycle (with prorated limits for shorter billing cycles). A session is counted as any interaction a unique user has with Freddy AI Agent within a 24-hour period.

  4. What happens if I exceed my Freddy AI Agent session limit?
    If you reach your session limit, Freddy AI Agent will continue operating to prevent service disruptions. Additional sessions will be charged. To increase your session limit, please contact your CSM.

  5. Where can I view my session usage?
    Admins can navigate to Plans and Billing page under Admin settings to check the number of sessions used under Freddy AI agent section.
