Have you noticed data mismatch like a mismatch between Total ticket count and underlying data count? This is explained below.

When 'total' is chosen as the metric in the widget, it retrieves the total count of the entities. For instance, Total Tickets will show the total count of tickets in a date range. However, when viewing the underlying data, more columns can be chosen for display which includes the associated date.

For instance, within Ticket-related charts, if 'service item fields' are chosen in the column selector for the underlying data, and each ticket has multiple service items, the field values for each service item associated with a ticket will be listed on separate lines. In the screenshot below, the widget displays only a single record, whereas the underlying data displays multiple records.
