You get to customize how pretty much everything pans out in your portal. Our code editor fully supports HTML, CSS, and Javascript, so you have no restrictions on what you can do with it. 

Layout customization means that you can create a completely new experience for your customers from scratch. So you could go ahead and make your support have the same theme as your website, add a bunch of snazzy effects or even bring in your custom javascript snippets.

A quick guide to customizing layouts in Freshservice

  1. Click on Admin > Account Settings > Service Desk Rebranding > Customize support portal.
  2. If your account has more than one workspace, navigate to Admin > Global Settings > Account Settings > Service Desk Rebranding > Customize support portal.
  3. Click on the Layout & Pages tab.
  4. Under Portal Layout, customize the header, footer, and overall layouts.
  5. Under Page Layout, customize the design of the specific page. 
  6. Make sure you save your edits by clicking on Save.
  7. Publish your changes by clicking Save and Publish.
