Every service desk has multiple approval workflows configured to work under various scenarios. But, you might want to configure approvals differently when it comes to your onboarding requests.
To configure your approvals,
You can choose to skip approval emails and auto approve tickets.
Tickets will be auto approved by the selected stakeholders if they are a part of your workflows
Map the following fields from the onboarding form to route auto-approvals and approval emails to the right stakeholders.
Reporting Manager’s Email Address
Great work! You now have an onboarding process in place. Hit the toggle in the top right corner of your onboarding module to Enable your onboarding process.
