Go to Admin > Account (under Account Settings) > click on the Export button on this page, to receive the data. The export of the entire helpdesk data, in XML format, will be sent to your registered agent email address of this account. 




Note:

  1. Based on the volume of data, it may take several minutes to export and send it to your mailbox. Do reach out to Freshservice support (support@freshservice.com) if it takes longer than expected.
  2. If the Freshservice account is in the Trial state, Account admins will have to wait a period of 2 days before initiating another new export.
