Before publishing a journey, ensure to verify the following account-specific configurations:

  1. Assign workspaces – For each Ticket type activity, ensure it is assigned to the correct workspace.

  2. Configure service item fields – If a service item is selected, edit the Form tasks to include the relevant service item fields.

  3. Verify request configuration – Review the Journey Request settings on the Journey Settings page.

  4. Check email settings – For all Email activity types, verify that the correct "From" email address is selected.

  5. Pass journey data – Add journey data to all Ticket and Task activities to ensure contextual information is passed through.
