We have identified that some customers have configured “Zone Hold” in their CloudFlare settings. 
Due to this, we are not able to migrate these domains to our CloudFlare environment - which would offer advanced security and reliability for their portals. 



Please adhere to the following instructions to assist us in facilitating this migration - 

  1. We request you to do the below on February 20, 2025 or February 24th, 2025 (scheduled migration window) -

  2. Disable the "Zone Hold" configuration in Cloudflare on any of the specified slots mentioned above.

  3. The Freshworks team will perform the required migration on those two days for the customers after they have disabled this configuration.
