Export and import DevOps recipes from your Freshservice account using JSON files. Rigorously test automation flows in a test or sandbox environment before moving them to production. This helps skip manually reconfiguring flows on the production environment after extensive testing.

Here’s how you can export the recipes:

  1. Go to Admin Settings > Workspace and open DevOps Tools.

  2. Click to open the DevOps connector page.

  3. Go to the Recipes tab and click .

  1. Select the recipes you wish to export and click . This initiates the export of the recipes.

You will receive an email with a zip file containing all the recipes in a JSON format. Each recipe is downloaded in a separate JSON file. For example, if four recipes are exported, the Zip folder will contain four JSON files.

  2. Download the zip file.
