Summary
Resolve incidents faster by collaborating from within the Ticket details page with Zoom Meetings. Freshservice enables users to collaborate using popular apps, such as Zoom Meetings through integrations powered by the Freshworks Neo Platform. Read on to understand how to set up and use Zoom Meetings in Freshservice.
Set up Zoom meetings
1. To install Zoom meetings, go to Admin > Collaborate.

2. Find Zoom Meetings under Configure tools to collaborate, and click Install.

3. Click Proceed to authorize your Zoom account.

4. Sign in with your Zoom login credentials.

5. After authorisation, you'll see Zoom Meetings installed under Active tools section.

6. Open a Ticket details page. You'll see Zoom in the Collaborate section on the right panel.

7. To generate a meeting URL, select Create/New meeting.

8. Click Create new meeting in the dialog that opens, then share the URL with your team members.

Delinking your Freshservice and Zoom accounts
There are two steps for delinking your accounts in Freshservice and Zoom.
Via Freshservice
1. Go to Admin > Collaborate.
2. Click Uninstall under Zoom Meetings app.

3. The tool will ask you to confirm if you want to proceed. Click Uninstall to continue.
Note: When you uninstall Zoom from your Freshservice account, Freshservice will be automatically delinked from your Zoom account in the Zoom Marketplace.
Via Zoom
1. Go to https://marketplace.zoom.us/ and click Manage.
2. Click Remove next to Freshservice under Added Apps to remove Freshservice from the list of apps.

3. Select a relevant reason for removing the app from the dropdown. Then, click Remove .

Your Zoom account is now delinked with your Freshservice account.
Note: To ensure that your Zoom data is deleted from Freshservice, raise a ticket or go to Admin > Collaborate and uninstall the integration.
