Do we have limitations on the number of custom fields that can be created in a service item?

Freshservice does limit the number of fields that can be added to the service item form. 

Limits by Field Type:

  Text field + Drop down --> 50

  Checkboxes --> 25

  Number field -->10

  Date field --> 10

  Paragraph --> 10

  Decimal Field --> 10 

  lookup field --> 10

  Multi-select fields --> 20
