Freshservice discovery probe lets you import requesters from Active directory. It also sends appropriate notifications about the status of import to the agent who is configured under ‘Managed by’. This helps the respective agent to be informed and take necessary actions.
How to configure ‘Managed by’ field
Click on Admin -> Discovery
Select ‘Probe’ tab
Choose a particular agent from the ‘Managed by’ drop down field to whom notifications will be sent

Success or failure notification for the first time import
Failure notification for the first time after user field mapping is modified
