Full-time agents are the ones who take care of tickets on a regular basis. Occasional agents can be provided with day passes whenever they need to log in to Freshservice.
In terms of pricing, you're charged for your Freshservice account based on the number of full-time agents in your service desk. You can purchase day passes (that are charged per day) for your occasional agents whenever required.
