Note: This feature works the same across all Freshservice products. Some screenshots or articles may reflect older designs, but the functionality remains unchanged. If certain options do not appear in your account, they may not be included in your current plan.If you want to ensure that only your employees get to sign in to your help desk, you can restrict the IP addresses you expect people to sign in from.
To restrict IPs,
- Login to your Freshservice/FSBT account as an administrator.
- Go to Admin > Account Settings > Service Desk Security. If your account has more than one workspace, navigate to Admin > Global Settings > Account Settings > Service Desk Security

- Enter the IP ranges you want to restrict and specify whether you want to restrict them to agents and requesters.

- Enter as many IP ranges as you want by clicking on Add new.
