If you want to ensure that only your employees get to sign in to your help desk, you can restrict the IP addresses you expect people to sign in from.
To restrict IPs,


  • Login to your Freshservice account as an administrator.
  • Go to Admin > Account Settings > Service Desk Security. If your account has more than one workspace, navigate to Admin > Global Settings > Account Settings > Service Desk Security


  • Enter the IP ranges you want to restrict and specify whether you want to restrict them to agents and requesters.


  • Enter as many IP ranges as you want by clicking on Add new.
