Microsoft has deprecated the Office 365 calendar app API. We have upgraded our Office 365 calendar app to use the Microsoft Graph API moving forward. As a result of this change, all the users need to reauthorize their Office 365 calendar app for it to continue working.

Steps to reauthorize the Office 365 calendar app on Freshservice:

Please follow the below listed steps to reauthorize the Office 365 calendar app in your Freshservice account.

  1. Go to your Freshservice dashboard and click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. In the profile section, please go to the ‘Apps’ tab.
  3. Once you find the Office 365 calendar app, click on the disconnect button on the same row as that of the application.
  4. Once disconnected, you will notice the Authorize button appear in the same place. Click on it.
  5. You will be taken to the Office 365 account to log in and verify.
  6. Once the login and verification are complete, you will be taken back to the Freshservice dashboard. You will get a notification saying that the application token has been updated successfully. The reauthorization is now complete.
