Summary

Users will now be able to optimize resource utilization with the introduction of alert data archival policy. As per this policy, any alert in the system older than six months will automatically move to an archived state. An archived state is a read-only state where a user will be able to view the alert, but they will not be able to perform any actions on it.

Points to note:

  • Archived alerts will continue to be available for reporting.

  • To perform any actions on the alert, an alert will have to be un-archived.

  • The archival happens on the basis of the last modified date.

  • No automations will run on archived alerts.
