The Freshchat App ID and Token are required to integrate the app with Freshservice. Here is where you can find them
Go to “Admin” settings in Freshchat. Then navigate to Chat settings -> Chat widget settings.
Go to “Account Settings” under section “Setup”
Go to Integration Settings and find your App ID and Web Messenger Token
