How to fix attachment upload issues during ticket creation

Here's what you need to do when you're unable to add an attachment to the Raise an incident form from the requester portal:
1. Go to the Application tab on your Browser
2. Navigate to Storage -> Cookies -> select the portal ( acme.freshservice.com ) from the list of cookies.
3. Right-click and select the clear option.
4. Reload the page and attach the file
