A Freshservice account admin can click on Admin → Account Settings → Plans & Billing, which launches a new tab where all the subscriptions to be managed are displayed.
In the My Subscriptions tab, click on Manage Plan to proceed with the downgrade. You will be redirected to the subscription edit page to modify subscription details.
Select Change Plan to choose a different plan of your choice. You will be redirected to Choose a plan page to review the features and add-ons available.
Note: If you choose a lower plan, a pop-up will show the features and data you will lose if you switch to that plan.
Click on Confirm to proceed with the plan downgrade.
To change the billing cycle, select the required value from the Billing dropdown.
Note: If you choose a smaller billing duration (for example, if you move from quarterly to monthly), a subscription change request will be scheduled for the end of the current billing period.
Select the required add-ons, and agent licenses from the Add-ons section.
Review the Subscription summary section on the right side. The Updated Subscription Cost displays the billing amount that will be charged from the next billing period. The Effective from … date displays the date from when the requested subscription changes will be effective.
Click on Update Subscription to proceed with the changes.
Note: A banner will be displayed indicating the subscription change request has been scheduled for the end of the current billing period and the date when this subscription change will be effective
Finally, click on Cancel Request to remove the scheduled subscription change request.
