Note: Freshservice account signups, created effective from September 2022, can view and manage their subscriptions in the Neo Admin Center. Those created prior will get updates in the subsequent months.


  1. A Freshservice account admin can click on Admin → Account Settings → Plans & Billing which launches a new tab where all the subscriptions to be managed are displayed.

 

  1. In the My Subscriptions tab, click on Buy Plan to activate trial subscription. The page will be redirected to Add Users and Add-ons page.

  2. To change the subscription plan, click on Change Plan. Billing cycle and currency can also be modified here if needed.

  1. Click on Buy Plan to select plan of your choice and specify the number of agent licenses to be purchased. In the Add-ons section, select the required add-ons and their license quantities. 

  1. Review the Subscription summary section on the right side and click on Continue to make the payment.

  2. On the Add Payment method page, specify the billing email, billing/shipping addresses, and payment method, and click on Subscribe. The subscription will be activated if the payment is successful. 

  3. The status of the subscription in the My Subscriptions tab will be updated from In Trial to Active.
