1. Freshservice account admin can click on Admin -->Account Settings--> Plans & Billing to view the subscription details. If your account has more than one workspace, navigate to Admin > Global Settings > Account Settings > Plans & Billing. Alternatively, if you are viewing the subscriptions list on the “All Subscriptions” page, click on any subscription to view its specific details. 

  2. Click on Buy Plan on the subscription details page. This will take you to the Add Users and Add-ons page.

  3. Click Change plan to change the subscription’s plan. Update the billing frequency, currency if needed and click on Buy Plan against the plan of your choice. 

  4. Specify the number of agent licenses to be purchased, select the required addons and their license quantities from the Add-ons section.

  5. Review the Subscription summary section on the right side and click on Continue to make the payment. 

  6. In the Add Payment method page, specify the billing email, billing and shipping addresses, the payment method and click on Subscribe. Review the details provided and click “Change” if you want to modify any of the details provided. Click Pay to proceed with the purchase and activate the subscription.

  7. Upon successful activation, a confirmation message will be displayed, and the subscription status will be shown as “Active”.
