If you have a firewall or other network restrictions in place that prevent you from sending emails successfully from your Freshservice helpdesk, you can allowlist these IP addresses to ensure seamless communication. These IP addresses are used by us if the location of your data center is in Europe.
IP Addresses for:
Custom Mailbox users
If you send emails from Freshservice via a Custom Mail Server, you can allowlist these IP addresses to enable us to access your mailbox, authenticate it and send emails successfully.
Freshservice Mail Server users
If you use a Freshservice Mail Server, you can allowlist these IP addresses to grant us access to send emails to recipients in your network.
