Here’s a sample workflow to demonstrate the use of the Orchestration app to automate creating a user account in the Freshdesk Contact Center.




  1. Create the Event Service Request is raised.

  2. Pull in the condition block to check if FreshDesk Contact Center Onboarding service request is raised.

  3. Drag and drop the App Node with the following configurations:


             App Name: Freshdesk Contact Center - Orch

App Action: Create User

  1. Specify the User’s email address as the Requester Email.

  2. Enter the role for the account.

  3.  Pull in a condition node to ensure if the action is successful.

  4. If the action is successful,  pull in the action node to change the status of the ticket to resolved and also send an email to the requester.
