New-gen project management is tightly coupled with service management. This enables the project manager and members to associate or link the project task or project with the existing ticket, problem, change, and asset.


Step 1: Open the project task with which you need to link it with the ITIL module. And hover over to the “Associations” tab.


Step 2: You can search and select the existing ticket, problem, change, and asset for the linking.


Step 3: Once the association is done you can check it inside the “Associations” tab in the project task slider.
