Retain requester app

When a child ticket is created, the agent who creates the child ticket becomes the requester. The “Request for” attribute and set the same value on the requester email field to ensure that original requester details are added on the child ticket. You can easily install this app on your Freshservice account: admin>app>Retain requester app.

The requester information will be captured from the parent ticket on the child ticket. Learn more
