Clone tickets app
To quickly create duplicate tickets, we have a ticket clone app available in our marketplace. You can go to admin>apps>clone app (provide domain and API key information.)
Once the app is installed, you will see the clone app widget will be rendered on the right side of the ticket details page. You can now add a count and start cloning. Please note you can create a maximum of 5 clones at a time. Learn more
