Agents may require secure remote access to the requester’s devices to enhance the requester’s engagement and to resolve the issues faster. Freshservice flexible interface integrates with TeamViewer seamlessly. TeamViewer widget will be available within the Freshservice page without letting agents switch browser tab. To install the app on Freshservice, you can navigate to:
Navigation: Admin>apps>search for “TeamViewer”
The integration will require Teamviewer authentication; the application will be accessible to agents on the ticket details page, they can start a remote session right there. Read more
