With Freshservice’s return to work app, safely induct employees back into your workspaces with robust workflows and features tailor-made to ensure the safe management of your employees. Using this app you can,


  • Safely induct employees back into offices by streamlining approvals and health checks.


  • Ensure health screening of employees at entries and exits


  • Manage the provisioning of PPEs and workspaces for in-house employees


  • Stay on top of workspace entries and allocation requests with Analytics dashboards.


Installing the App

  • Navigate to Admin > Apps > Return to Work

  • Click on Enable to get started with setting up the App.

  • Enter your Freshservice’s account URL and API key. You can find the API key under profile settings.

  • Click on Enable to install the app. 

  • Now the following service items are added to your service catalog under the Return to Work category:

    • Request Workplace Entry

    • Entry/Exit Screening

    • Request PPE 

  • On installation of the app, few workflows are also added to automate your return to work process. To activate these workflows, publish the Return to Work Service Category in your Service Catalog.
  • Uninstalling the App

Navigate to Admin > Apps and click on uninstall. The service items and workflows are removed when you uninstall the app.
