Access Freddy AI Agent Studio

Access is being rolled out in phases:

• Freshservice Growth and Pro customers can access Freddy AI Agent Studio beginning May 14, 2026.

• Freshservice Enterprise customers will receive access as part of a subsequent rollout beginning July 2026.

The phased approach is designed to ensure the platform fully supports the scale, governance, and operational needs of Enterprise environments.
