To enhance the overall billing experience, Freshworks is undergoing an internal billing system upgrade.
Impact on your account
There will be no impact on your Freshservice account; you will still be able to access all its features and functionalities.
Your current subscribed plan will not be affected, and you will continue to be billed based on your existing subscription.
There will be a change in the user interface (UI) for the cancellation process for customers on multi-year contracts.
Temporary access restriction
It is important to note that on the day of the upgrade, you will not be able to update your account related information or plan within the Settings section. This restriction will last for a maximum period of 24 hours.
Upgrade timeline and notification
The upgrade will be rolled out in multiple cohorts starting November 2025.
