Admins can now pin frequently accessed workspaces in the workspace switcher for quicker and more efficient navigation–particularly beneficial when managing multiple workspaces.
By clicking the star icon next to a workspace name, you can mark it as a favorite. Favorited workspaces are automatically pinned to the top of your workspace list, enabling faster access without the need to scroll through the entire list. To remove a workspace from your favorites, simply click the star icon again.
Note on ordering:
The order of your favorite workspaces is based on their creation date, not the order in which they were favorited.
Example:
Let’s say you’ve created five workspaces in this order: A, B, C, D, and E.
If you favorite C and E, they will appear at the top of the list in the order they were created—C followed by E—regardless of which one you favorited recently.
Your workspace list would now appear as:
C, E, A, B, D
This ensures consistent ordering while still giving you quick access to the workspaces you use most.
