On the report an issue form, admins can choose to either expose the 'Workspace/Issue related to' field or keep it hidden from requesters.


1. If it's exposed to users, they can choose a workspace and the respective workspace's form will be rendered. If admins have hidden workspace options using business rules such that the end-user can select only 1 workspace from the form, we will hide the workspace field and auto-display that workspace's form. Any business rule configured for that workspace will still be applied on the form.


2. If it's not exposed to users, the primary workspace's form will render and tickets will be submitted to the primary workspace.
