Summary

Save time and effort by using Freddy Copilot to generate post incidents reports. If you have opted for Freddy Copilot license, you can expect Freddy AI to be keyed into your incident response – right from the creation of a major incident to its resolution – enabling it to quickly deliver accurate and detailed post incident reports.


Step 1


Resolve a major incident to be able to see the Post Incident Report widget on the incident details page. Select Create Report to access the post incident report page.


Step 2


On the post incident report page, you’ll find a template pre-filled with a few incident details. Click on Generate Report next to the Freddy AI icon on the top left of the screen, to get Freddy AI to collate all the details and generate a report.


Step 3

Freddy AI might take up to a few minutes to study all conversations related to the major incident and present the completed report. The system will notify you by email as soon as the report is ready for viewing.
