Editing or deleting an on-call schedule

Summary

Updating an on-call schedule can be necessary to accommodate evolving requirements for agent coverage. In Freshservice, it is easy to update or delete an on-call schedule.


Process

Navigate to the on-call schedule page and select the schedule. Click on the three dots on the top right corner to find the Edit or Delete options.
