Add logo to reply/note/forward redactor as a signature 

You can add the signature of your agents on reply notes and forwards. The application will get rendered on the right side of the ticket details page.


An agent can select and search existing signatures or can add more on the fly. 

You can configure a signature and dedicate it to a specific team to add automatically or switch it with another signature as per the agent’s discretion. Logo, text, and images can be added as signatures of a specific ticket easily. 

Predefined text in the ticket description

You can add the predefined text in the ticket description of your agents on reply notes and forwards. The application will get rendered on the right side of the ticket details page. You can go to admin>apps>signature management plus app>provide your domain name and API key (from your profile settings) 

You can leverage placeholders to convey the message, define the text, and set it for a specific group. 

You can select the signature/predefined text to appear manually or default on the agent replies as per your requirement, and the same will get reflected on the relevant ticket.
