If you already have a name for your service desk (for ex. Lighthouse) that employees in your organisation recognise, you can rename the service bot app in slack to match it. Having a unique and friendly name that your employees can relate to help in the adoption of the bot. Follow these steps to change the name:
Open Slack and go to the “Servicebot” app
Click on the “About” tab in the top navigation bar
Click “Configuration”
Once the configuration page opens, “Edit” button next to the Bot User heading.
